The last three times I have went something has been wrong, first I let them know about a allergy they still put the thing I am allergic to in it. Second time I waited thirty minutes when the drive thru was cleared and moving for chicken tacos( not cantina chicken and just plain chicken still got cantina chicken.). Today I went and I got a burrito and asked for normal chicken got cantina chicken. They suck. They don’t care about making things right, still will make you wait a half hour for food. And still not get it right. Sucks cause I love Taco Bell but honestly not worth it to go to this Taco Bell if you want it right, or in a timely fashion. Manager also didn’t care that I was allergic and I let her know before placing order and she still remade it wrong. Honestly this Taco Bell was great before but the past three months has went down hill and sucks.

We ordered on the app and sat in the drive thru for 30+ minutes. The girl working the drive thru never opened the window to greet us or check to make sure we were the mobile order.
Hopefully the food fine as we saw only one person cooking while the other two cleaned or stood there, and the other was taking care of the front counter. Asked to speak to the manager, was given attitude by the girl, when the manager came to the window he said just walked in, he didn't give any good reasons why we waited in line for 30 minutes and then told us we were holding up the line even more for asking a question. Blaming the customer is never ok, and when asked for contact information of the owner, told us to Google it.

They forget to give ANY sauce almost every time with my orders. Not sure how that is even possible at a place that is 50% sauce options 50% tacos and I ordered only 1 meal. Probably just go in to order so you can grab your own if it kind of ‘makes your meal’ taste better. I’m going to eat my plain items now, thanks.

I ordered online. I selected to do drive thru. Got there and the drive thru was closed. If the drive thru is closed on you select location. Don’t make it an option

My order was incorrect and I was overcharged. I was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting. I had questioned the employee at the window about my order & being overcharged, he was clueless. I left because I didn’t want to hold up the line.Contacted the “contact us” through the app 3x with no response.

45 minutes in a drive thru with 8 cars in front of me. Then the window lady doesn’t say a word, takes my card and charges me just for someone else to come to the window 3 minutes later to tell me they’re out of cheese…. WHAT?!

My son placed his order on the app to be picked up at the drive through. When we got there the drive through was closed. If the drive through is closed then that shouldn’t be an option on the app.

The service was great I ordered a taco box and a Mexican pizza. I live Less Than 3 Mi away, and all my food was cold by the time I get home as well as the soft tacos being completely soggy.

This Taco Bell is a joke. A full line at 11pm. I waited for 10 min to even get my order taken. Then I am told they have no beef or sour cream. Ali on the mic told me to go to Empire Blvd TB. Why didn't management go there and get beef and sour cream. Management needs to figure out staffing and product ordering. I will be calling this up to Corp. And Ali at the window Intimidatingly asked My name. Now we are friends, Ali. I hope you see this and have to answer for your lack of service and have to answer to it. There is no reason you should ask for my name at a drive though window.
Ali could have let me know while I was sitting at the mic for 10 min that they had no product.. So I could have made a different choice of "restaurant".

Update: I have contacted Corp and still have heard a response from the "restaurant" or corporate
