Went here for takeout got home only to realize one item was completely missing and another item a 4 piece came with only 2. Bag was filled with a handful of crumbled napkins and looked like it was shaken up or something. Do not recommend this location. First time ive went to a taco bell in years and i will not be back.

I got a spicy potato soft taco, requested for no cheese or lettuce. When I get the bag the sticker says spicy potato soft taco NO CHEESE NO LETTUCE.When I open the bag there is lettuce and cheese in the taco and I am very disappointed.

I just ate two crunchwrap supremes 10 minutes ago, 9:30pm on Wednesday the 27th of March 2024….. Whoever is on this shift literally made the best damn wrap I have ever had… I barely go to taco bell as is.. now im literally considering only going at this time…. Just to hope and get the same gracious worker who made something into pure art. The Joy and tears of love I received from eating those crunch wraps are immeasurable. Thank you to whoever made them.

this is the only tacobell in the area ide feel safe eating at... the Gm here keeps it sanitary especailly in comparison to other locations i have worked at... this is the one to go too in town ! and no taco bell you dont do it all for me i literally quit your franchise due to work place harrassment at two location and being stuck with a drunk manager for a while being told to go on lunch after only being there for an hour because you cant control your management reaching out to the area couch proved literally pointless this company in my opinion failed... this store though has 2 workers that can acttually clean that i know of that was the point of the post...

I very much had no desire to celebrate Christmas this late into the spring, however being in the taco bell sparked joy childish glee in my Gordita heart. Despite there being no nacho fries, the coldness from the outdoors brrrr was non existenctant once in the dining with 7 of my best friends. " why the Xmas songs my good man?" I pondered "why it keeps our spirits bright all year hope you enjoy your value menu nachos" which I did of courseI don't get out of the house much but when I golly it's gotta be the taco bell on hard rd

I only get fast food when I am hungry and have no time, so it really sucks to come here. From the reviews I see, It appears that your service is excruciatingly slow (and well beyond acceptable for fast food), your employees are inattentive to customers when ordering in the dining area, and there is a lack of consistency in properly fulfilling customer orders. Do with that information what you will, but the point of my review is to keep other diners from mind-numbing frustration when either stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes (you can’t exit the line as it is blocked in on the passenger side, so you are literally stuck) or waiting for the same period of time in the dining area while being ignored by staff (from my experience and many of these reviews).I would encourage hungry customers to check out Moe’s, Chipotle, Bill Gray’s, Five Guys, McDonald’s, or Wendy’s; all of which are fast-food, or short order options, right in the same area and capable of filling an order at a faster rate than your Taco Bell (from my experience). If people just want Mexican, Monte Alban, Caronas, and Maria’s, are all dine-in Mexican restaurants nearby and get food out at a similar or quicker rate than your Taco Bell (from my experience). For more authentic tacos, Old Pueblo Grill is a bit of a hike, but if you order ahead, it will probably be comparable to doing the same at this Taco Bell (from my experience). I do like Taco Bell for a fast food option, this location is just that bad.

The drive thru worker, I believe his name is Jalen, was amazing! He was very kind and attentive to us. The only thing is he meowed at us?
I completely dislike going to a kiosk to order my food. I stood at the cash register for over 2 minutes and no one even acknowledged me! I had to go back to the kiosk and change my order because I couldn't find what I wanted on there. So consequently I don't know if I'll be back.
Hard Rd. Tacobell is the best. Always busy no matter what time you go. That's a good thing as food is always hot and fresh.
