Waited 20 minutes. Why is a ice coffee green? Ordered a large and got a medium with milk. I'm allergic to milk.

I'm allergic to eggs and ordered a sandwich without and get a sandwich with. Ordered a large black coffee and get a small with milk..... allergic to milk.
Your chances of an order being right is low.
This place needs to be shut down.

Placed a mobile order for 2 donuts ahead of time & when I arrived to the store it look me about 15 minutes to even ask about my order because the employee at the register was just talking with a customer. After I found out they just threw out my order receipt because they didn’t have the items I asked for a refund and unfortunately neither of the employees knew how to give a refund. I tried to get a refund through the app and they told me I would have to get a refund from the store that told me they didn’t know how to give a refund. Giving a 1 star review due to losing out on money and not getting my order or a refund

It's a gas station connected location. So I feel like it's a quick in and out experience. Even though they have tables and chairs. I would highly recommend to go orders. Because the atmosphere is best suited for to go. Because it is not the type of Tim Hortons to where you want to sit down. But not knocking them. Trying to make you feel like you want to sit down.

I had an online order so I pulled up to the window. Some lady with green hair had a really nasty attitude and was talking to me like a child saying I still need to pull up to the speaker to place my order. It's unfortunate that people can't do their job without giving their customers an attitude

Decent place for breakfast when there's no diner around. Of course, in true Hortons manner, they got the order wrong. Mistake was quickly corrected.

Check your machine calibrations/product levels, my double double had no sugar and I don’t even think she put the caramel in. I was too awkward to ask them to remake it and I fixed it with some extra sugar packets. Either that or they gave me dark roast (I’ve worked a Tim’s i know the mentality). But this was at 7pm and it was dead… At least the chick was nice 🤷
