We are obsessed and plan to be regulars!! We love the cortona, like a margarita and it’s super thin crust, and the Lucca pepperoni with a little bit thicker but still NY style thin, NO FLOP! The owners and staff are always so kind, they smile while they work so you know they love what they do and that’s a vibe! Tiramisu was so good I love that they put it in a cup, and the cannoli with the chocolate and vanilla coating on the shell was genius because the shell didn’t collapse as fast as a plain cannoli would.
10/10 will be back!!!

We chose Tony and his team for our October 2024 wedding! Everyone was obsessed with Tony’s wood-fired pizza—I couldn’t wait to bring it home and reheat it! For appetizers, we had two types of arancini and French-style artichoke hearts. Dinner included sausage, peppers & onions, baked ziti, penne broccoli, and both tossed and Caesar salads—all 10/10. Tony and his crew are really friendly and professional, and it was so sweet of him to bring us a custom pizza board for guests to sign! He also made a nice video on Instagram celebrating us after the wedding. Highly recommend!

We had the best experience having Tony cater our housewarming party in Penfield. The charcuterie display was gorgeous, creative and delicious. The pizzas were a mix of classics and specialty - all unbelievable. They even made gluten-free and vegan pizzas on the spot. Our favorite was the paella, our guests went nuts for it! They are beyond generous with portions we even had leftovers to give our guests to bring home. Tony and his team especially Josephine made our party so much fun and the food was simply amazing. We can’t wait to have them back again! 10/10 overall

I have had woodfired pizza from the food truck many times over the years and have always been a fan of the flavors and combinations. I recently went to an event where the food was all catered by Tuscan Wood Fired Pizza Catering. I was absolutely shocked at the endless beautiful display of food on the charcuterie tables and additional appetizers and fresh pizza being made out of the truck. it was truly divine and everyone I was with at the party is still talking about it. The paella was amazing and added such a unique touch/experience to the party to watch Tony Tomatoes make it!! I will 100% be hiring Tuscan Wood Fired Pizza Catering to cater an event in the near future!!

I originally booked with Tony on 2/11/22 for my wedding on 9/16/23, over a year in advance. He canceled on me 2/9/23 after being booked for a full year, with the excuse “Due to travel distance and increased cost of goods and labor I will not be able to cater your wedding. I am keeping my travel distances under a 50 mile radius.” I asked for a chance to raise prices to make it worth his profit, instead he insulted me saying “If you watch the news or read the paper you hear about inflation.” The dude makes pizzas… The real reason he canceled, I would put money on, is that he thought my wedding was on 9/16/22, so brought his stocked truck with crew out to Seneca Lake, and had already booked 9/16/23 for another party.To summarize, Tony is very unprofessional, unreliable, and incapable of running a functioning business. Beware

Tuscan Wood Fired Pizza was the truck we went with for this and it was a huge hit. Tony was great to work with and everyone loved the pizza! He also brought a wooden pizza peel for our guests to sign which is now hanging in our kitchen. We love it!

Tony catered our wedding at the Whitehouse Lodge in Webster... and it was fantastic!Tuscan was the first, and last, caterer that we visited while planning our very special event. Tony whipped up chicken parm (best I've had) and eggplant parm (best my fiance had ever tasted) on the spot and we were convinced that we didn't have to look any further.Our reception went off perfectly. Tuscan to Go showed up on time, fully prepared and set everything up smoothly.The appetizers were a huge hit... Don't short yourselves on the bacon wrapped scallops because your guests will want to make a meal of them. The bruschetta was to die for... I'm not usually a fan but this bruschetta was just... special.Dinner was just as impressive as the apps. Chicken parmesan, chicken French, greens and beans, sausage and peppers and pastas. There was plenty of food but our guests ate much more than expected... And raved about the quality.I can't say enough good things about Tuscan to Go and Tony. Not planning on another wedding or event any time soon but they have our highest recommendation and we will definitely be stopping in for take out from time to time.Thank you Tuscan to Go for being a fantastic part of our wedding day!
