We walked in. It was a little busy. We wound up getting great service. The food was tasty and hot when it came out! The new turkey and avocado sandwich was fantastic and so was the deep dish pizza! We will return soon!

It's very unfortunate that this is the only location around. Food is delicious but the service is probably the worst I've ever had. Server had no idea what she was doing. She was rude when talking to me and my 3 young kids. No empty/dirty plates or trash was taken off the table. Ordered drinks (3 waters, diet Pepsi and a mixed drink ) they came out after the appetizers total of 20 mins. The place itself was not the cleanest dirty plates silverware and glasses.

Today I visited Uno by myself for lunch and ordered "The Empire Pizza". There was a booming crowd from a sporting event in town. I was seated immediately and introduced to my waitress. Ordered my food / drink and. About 10 minutes after ordering, the waitress advised me that there was a mishap in the kitchen and my pizza was dropped (RIP☠️ ?). She offered me a free salad for the wait, but I declined as mama didn't raise no grass eating rabbit! ? About 10 minutrs after that my "New and improved" pizza came. There I was staring at the most THICC and JUICY piece of pie I've seen in my ENTIRE life ! ? When I say this pie was thicc, I mean Mrs. Incredible & Kylie Jenner had a babies type thicc !!! ? As I was inhaling my pizza the manager advised me that my meal would be on them due to the mishap !Overall I had a wonderful experience ! The service was EXCELLENT, and the food was even better ! (And the waitress was pretty fine if I do say so myself)I'd give it a 6 / 5 if Google let me ! The service was outstanding in general, let alone for a nearly full restaurant!

First time I've been to UNOs in quite some time, several years actually. I was looking forward to having their herb grilled chicken but they no longer had it so I opted for chicken tenders and fries . Couldn't finish them, I could tell their deep fryer grease was overdue to be changed. I had to order a desert to get the old grease taste out of my mouth and the desert was very good . Our server was very nice and she did a good job and the atmosphere was nice.

Very disappointed in how our take out order issues were handled. We order a steak and shrimp dinner, it came without shrimp...and a chicken chop salad which came without the chicken. We called and spoke to the shift manager that evening and he said he would need to pass on this issue to the store manager who would call us back. 2 weeks have gone by, no call and no real way to resolve that we paid for the meals that were not complete. We will be hard-pressed to do takeout or visit this location again. Please empower your people to make things right for your guests when honest mistakes happen.

Went on New Years Eve. They do a little countdown with balloons for the kids. So few places do anything anymore so it was a great place to take our daughter. Food was as ordered. I tried the Detroit style pizza and it was really good. Crab dip was better than I expected as well. Glad there's still an Unos left in greater Rochester somewhere!
