Many great cookie shops in webster with sanitary work conditions, she used to have a business at 700 ridge road but kept fighting with neighboring businesses for no reason. Funny to see her now illegally doing business. Says “closed” yet you can still make orders online. Even when she did have a commercial business she was cross contaminating peanut products, can’t imagine what the quality is like now. Terrible woman and equally terrible cookies.

Val's opened in 2019. I blame COVID for preventing me from finding this place sooner! Located across Ridge Rd from the new Country Max, it's a large brown house (used for at least 4 commercial businesses) next to a small strip plaza. There is parking and the entrance to Val's is off to the side/back (look for the sign/arrow - see pic) next to the "Lady Lair." Val greeted us and told us about each treat (cookies, muffins, and GF black bean brownie). All items are individually priced or you could call ahead to get a tray! There are gluten free and vegan treats available. Hand sanitizer was available, Val wore gloves, and it was very clean! Hubby and I bought 4 cookies - 2 almond chocolate chip, 1 sesame and 1 molasses. The cookies made it home and then disappeared quickly! The sesame was tender and flavorful, not too sweet. The molasses was soft, sweet, and buttery. The almond choc chip was a hearty cookie with walnuts, chips, and a drizzle of frosting. All delicious. We will definitely stop back!

Stopped by yesterday to explore your bakery. Purchased 5 cookies. They were very tasty, especially the molasses one, crisp on the outside just chewy enough inside. Butterball with nuts, almond, and 2 chocolate chip. The price was very fair, and l will be back to try more!
