This store needs to fix the layout. They should even insulate the nice store from the rest of this dismissal area. They should plant some arbor vitae trees in the front and a long the side, and put some tables out there.Big Macs really hot the spot sometimes.

The Hornell location has gotten very slow. I have waited as long as 40 minutes in the drive through with no other vehicles in front of me. Just lousy service.

This McDonald's is the slowest I've ever been through. for having reserved lanes to put people in, the don't causing the line to take at least 10-15 minutes to go through, for 2 coffees. The people in the window just don't take money when you're sitting there for a few minutes. They need a better system inside because it's ridiculous how slow their service is.

The lady working the drive through first window was completely rude! She was rolling her eyes and saying she couldn’t put a mobile order in. Idk. She had very bad customerService. Then my food was cold and disgusting. I work fast food and I would never treat anyone like that
