Texas Hot management directly violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and mistreated a highly decorated combat veteran. Despite the patron being a Congressionally and Presidentially recognized former member of SEAL Team Six, he was treated with hostility and refused dine-in service due to his service animal.

Shocking, god knows how they’ve been in business 100+ years, Texas Hot sauce which apparently is an old family secret recipe, was bland to say the least, & served tepid rather than remotely warm. I had the cheese burger plate, which can only be described as a plate of mush! Worst meal by far I have ever experienced during my visits to the States.

ORDERED Cheeseburger Onion rings Coffee. I ordered lettuce tomato specifically NO RAW ONION. I sent it back to kitchen. they took off onion left tomato covered in onion juice. scrap the tomato.
