My boyfriend tried to go there tonight it was 8:40pm it’s says they are open until 9 but there doors where locked and no one was there. If you can’t keep your doors open in the time you say then change your hours it’s bullshit Wellsville just because it’s a small town doesn’t mean there aren’t people out and wanting food past 8 at night get it together or change your hours

We spent the weekend due to a surgergical appointment at Jones, we ordered our pizza with certain instructions. The first order of two different pizzas arrived with hair on the pizza. We called they came back with two replacements. It was absolutely disgusting, greasy and soggy. I do not recommend this place at all

We ordered a white sauce with broccoli and were told it would be 20 minutes, we called back after fifty minutes and they got our name, number and address wrong. We get the pizza and its incorrect(red sauce and sausage )(after an hour) and when we call to request a refund we're given credit instead. 0/10 customer service.

Sub was not made as I ordered and had too much mayo and vinegar & oil. Could not eat it without it coming apart and what a mess. Will think long and hard before another order there. So disappointed!
Probably the most pathetic excuse of a sub. Little to no toppings. It’s really hard to support local business when the food is inconsistent.

I asked for the condiments at the counter (garlic, parmesan, crushed pepper, s&p) and took them back to our table. They brought us our pizza and before we had a chance to use any of it, the waitress took it bc another table needed them? We then waited until they were through using them. That table did not offer them back, so we got up and asked if we could please borrow them. We returned them back to that table after using them and didn't bother with it again. Another customer came in and had to go to that table to ask for the shaker cheese.
I get that you keep the condiments at the counter bc of thieves.... but you don't have the decency to keep more than one set at the counter for dine-in customers.
It's not only an inconvenience, but it is also interrupting other customers meals.

Pizza King in Wellsville is hands down my favorite spot for pizza in the area. If you're a fan of a classic New York-style slice—thin, foldable, and full of flavor—this is a must-try. The crust is perfect, the sauce is tasty, and the toppings are always fresh.
Don’t skip the Cinnamon Bites either—they’re warm, sweet, and totally addictive. Perfect way to end the meal!
