I’ve been a steady customer here for years. However, 3 times within the past few weeks my order has been messed up. It’s always a very simple order too. They were on point for years so I just don’t understand. It’s just too aggravating to get home and have to go back. I will no longer be going here

I ordered from Grubhub and they never came to deliver. I called the store and was left on hold for over 5 mins. I called again and was basically told you’re SOL and they cancelled my order! After years of being a customer I have had it. It has happened too many times to even bother again. Look at how the owner responds to people’s reviews! Obviously can’t take criticism and blames the customer! The owner rather than calling me personally sent me a text! Can you believe it? This is an owner of a business! I was offered a replacement tomorrow at no cost. I wanted it today, not tomorrow and declined the offer. I wouldn’t order from them again. Go to Jessen’s on 109 and have it done right! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

I ordered a chicken Philly cheesesteak to have for lunch. They advertised grilled chicken on the sandwich. The chicken and vegetable they put on the sandwich was leftover chicken fajita from the hot food table. Also, I watched them reheat it in the microwave. The potato salad wasn’t too bad.

Worst egg sandwich to start your day with. Prices have gone up everywhere we are all aware of that but to jack prices AND put less bacon is unacceptable. Bread wasn't fresh and didn't melt the cheese into the egg, just slapped a piece of cheese on some bread. Horrible way to start the day I will never step foot back in this place.

I placed an order for 2 3ft heros on the American I asked for no ham and I have ham all through out..so I called and instead of a simple oh were so sorry , the man was really trying to blame me talking bout I didn't confirm the order huh I did just that the very first day I placed the order with the women ... never will I b back to spend my hard earned 300$ !!! And when yall leave a tip make sure delivery person gets it the guy whom delivered my order asked if I tipped and then proceeded to tell me how he don't always get it...SMH shame on yall

I ordered a lox bagel with cream cheese has molds and smells so bad rotten
They did not follow instructions. My order came wrong and messed up. Never ordering from here again. I ordered 4 drinks received only 2 and one of them was wrong. My egg sandwiches were missing extra egg and Swiss cheese. It’s clearly on the receipt. Whoever took the order must not be able to read.

Food is good , but don’t place order by phone, they always get it wrong, forget to put items in bag and still get charged for what they forgot. Horrible customer service, had to go back twice

I liked this place when it had its previous owners, It was clean and sanitary. This place now, As you walk in from the entrance in the rear, there is a strong dead rat stench. Traps everywhere on the inside. They have a listening and attitude problem. I ordered a lightly toasted bagel with butter, they gave me a half burnt bagel swimming in butter which leaked all over my clothes and interior. I gave this place more than one chance and ended up in disappointment everytime. Note to the owner: Please get it together. "Clean your damn place up" It's filthy and disgusting! Get workers with better customer service skills.
