First off one of the best Deli’s for me in terms of food and quality. However, I had to give it a two because they simply have a time and accuracy issue. There system is more than likely an ancient concept of come on in and yell it out! Probably from back in the 70’s, 80’s or even the 90’s. But it doesn’t seem to work. Much confusion between ordering and pick-ups. Long waits, and consistent mistakes. Could be a staffing issue, but even while observing workers. They are like a bunch of zombies back there, nobody seems to move quickly. I have been in the service industry most off my life and these guys look they are half asleep. Not to insult but really they move slow. Then you have waited and waited and you get your food and there is a mistake in the order. It happens often. Looking for alternatives.
