I sat dwn to eat my food inside, and I see a mouse run acros the floor. I throw my sandwich out in disgust and go to wash my hands, there’s no soap in bathroom. terrible service!! I just got out of this subway and the lady treated me super bad , I arrived at 9:15 pm and this lady told me that it was already closed , then she told me that she would make me the sandwich but that it was already closed and that she would only give me what was left , The lady asked me what sauce I wanted and I told her if she could show me and she told me to choose a quick one because she didn't have time to wait for me, then I told her to relax that I was going to pay for that service and I left this place taking into mind never to return to this place , she herself chose the cheese for me without asking me which one I wanted and also the bread! This is ridiculous

Today I went to Subway on 109 and Straight Path in West Babylon with my $6.49 6 inch meal coupon thinking I was actually going to get a lunch for that. My coupon I was told after they made my number 33 steak and cheese 6 inch sandwich and I got to the register that it was excluded , so I showed them on the coupon what was excluded and the 33 wasn't one of those exclusions. They should've honored the coupon, but they told me afterwards that it was only good for turkey and ham, so I guess I got beat out of a few dollars today. It was $11.93 lunch instead of a $6.49 plus tax lunch. If people are dishonest and they want to do a bait and switch, they will lose customers. They lost me as a customer and hopefully more that read this will also avoid that Subway.

the service is good. but if someone orders a salad they dont cut the cold cut meat. the employee told me that they do not cut it when they put them in the salad.

The subway on 109 an straight path. The service always come with a friendly smile. There very patient. An there sandwich are made healthily. Very heavy plenty of meat. An tuna too. I had one i was going to for a long time. But my mom took me there. I'll be the re for good. Great people ?♥️?

Worst subway experience gave me half a salad for full price even after I said she skimped me before she was done preparing it and then had audacity to tell me I'm wrong , like I haven't been to subway my whole life .

Today I walked in to get a sandwich when the worker ignored me for four minutes as I stood there. He continued to finish three trays of bread, adding I'm assuming the herb and cheese topping. In my mind I said, if he doesn't stop after the second tray and help me I'm leaving. So I did. I was in a rush to get to work and assumed subway would be the quickest thing. I was wrong. I won't go back to this subway because customer service is clearly not of importance to them.
