I went to the store at 9:47am was told by employee that they weren't open yet. However it says 8:00am open online and the door was unlocked and open. I was very disappointed. I've been there before at an earlier time and had no trouble!!

WOW... READ ALL COMMENTS. MY STORY IS EXACTLY LIKE EVERYONE ELSE'S! JUST GO To the SUBWAY ON STRAIGHT PATH OR LINDENHURST. THE West babylon franchise owner has the worst business etiquette EVER. You can tell his/her family and friends are trying to give 5 stars to help build up. Note to owner: if you charge $10 for a sandwich and drink online and customer gets wrong item, give them a store credit so they can get what they originally ordered. Or just don't offer pick up. By not correcting errors that you made and customers paid for... you are essentially taking money for items not wanted. Pretty disgusting. And alot of people have complained about this very topic. Shocking you won't budge and simply offer to make the actual item your customers paid for yet never got what they paid for. Your customers will make or break you... seems they are breaking you by the west babylon subways reviews.... you are not making anyone happy.... just taking their money making them pay if there is a mistake. Good luck with that thought process.NOTE TO ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS: CHECK EACH ITEM ORDERED BEFORE YOU LEAVE! IF YOU PICK UP YOUR FOOD AND BRING IT HOME AND IT'S WRONG... I ordered lunch online... picked it up and when I got back to work I was busy so I had to wait to eat. Two hours later I opened sandwich. TOTALLY WRONG! I called them and they said it was too long and there was nothing they can do to rectify it. Based on the other reviews with this issue...I didn't bother trying to reach out to franchise owner. Obviously, the costumer has to pay for any mistakes that Subway makes. I am understanding and realize that mistakes happen but ANY PROFESSIONAL owner should want to keep there customers happy and not make is pay 10$ for their mistake.NOT THIS GUY! Ordered online worker upset because It was 8:05 pm I asked for bread to be toasted and asked for tomatoes and spinach on sandwich. He told me that since I ordered online I could not ask for that, he insisted that it was closing time. I told him there was still Half an hour till closing. Strange encounter.

I ordered a sandwich online and didn't open it until I reached my destination. The entire sandwich was wrong and had no meat or cheese on it. I contacted Subway to see if they would simply give me a coupon for my next purchase and this is what i received v from Jalpa Patel ... franchise ownerHe absolutely will not make up for the mistake. I didn't 17$ on two heroes... one had just condiments on it. He can't fork over a measly hero to correct the situation? I go there three times a week... now I don't. Got wrong sandwich. But iv was already v at work and going to eat it for lunch. I contacted corporate. A Mr. Jalpa Patel responded with a bogus automated response and wouldn't help fix the issue. Customers make your business thrive Mr. Patel. I see there's other complaints... one just a few minutes ago about you. Maybe you should take care of your customers like a professionally run establishment would. Terrible owner. The store can make a mistake. I except that but if the head honcho doesn't rectify it he clearly doesn't know what he's doing and should not be in the hospitality business

Ordered a business lunch and got 4 out of 5 sandwiches wrong. Called to have them correct it and they wouldn't. I actually also contacted Subway and Jalpa Patel also sent me that same bogus message back. Use a different franchise.... this guy can't run a business

I'm one of the people who didn't get to eat because they forgot 3 heroes after ordering online. My boss took us out again, paid more money because when he emailed the franchise owner.... jalpa Patel, he got nowhere and want even offered the money back that he spent for 3 footlongs. Times must be hard if he can't fork up a couple sandwiches that were actually paid for. So basically he got money for 3 footlongs and we never received them. Terrible owner... no business sense at all. There's another subway way closer by... use that one... they are reputable

I ordered online - a turkey sandwich with cheese and got no meat, no cheese, just lettuce and olives with Mayo. I contacted corporate they simply said sorry and wouldn't even give me a voucher for new sandwich. Never again!

Quality of this place has declined over the years. I dislike leaving 1 star reviews but getting moldy bread is the last straw. Bread should never be kept around long enough to get moldy at any fast food sandwich place.

My purchase came out damaged the chicken came out bad. They keep food outside for a long time, so the ingredients go bad. And the employees are not friendly at all. I will not buy in those stores again?
