WOW... READ ALL COMMENTS. MY STORY IS EXACTLY LIKE EVERYONE ELSE'S! JUST GO To the SUBWAY ON STRAIGHT PATH OR LINDENHURST. THE West babylon franchise owner has the worst business etiquette EVER. You can tell his/her family and friends are trying to give 5 stars to help build up. Note to owner: if you charge $10 for a sandwich and drink online and customer gets wrong item, give them a store credit so they can get what they originally ordered. Ordered online worker upset because It was 8:05 pm I asked for bread to be toasted and asked for tomatoes and spinach on sandwich. He told me that since I ordered online I could not ask for that, he insisted that it was closing time. I told him there was still Half an hour till closing. Strange encounter.

I ordered a sandwich online and didn't open it until I reached my destination. The entire sandwich was wrong and had no meat or cheese on it. I contacted Subway to see if they would simply give me a coupon for my next purchase and this is what i received v from Jalpa Patel ... franchise ownerHe absolutely will not make up for the mistake. I didn't 17$ on two heroes... one had just condiments on it. He can't fork over a measly hero to correct the situation? I go there three times...read full review
