There are lots of diners on Long Island, but many have failed to thrive. The Terrace is still around because they still know how to serve great, affordable food in a friendly atmosphere.

Terrace Diner is a classic Long Island diner serving tasty dishes. The French dip is a standout, and kids enjoy the chicken fingers and fries. Friendly and attentive service is paired with a great cup of coffee. The staff is really sweet and the owner is super nice. It is very nice to children and offers great entrances for the elderly. Reasonably priced, the diner offers decent value and is a good pit stop. The fries were great and the greek dressing is great.
