So disappointed in how this place has gone downhill...they used to be the best in the area, but now you never know what you're going to get, and no one seems happy. Today I got a bacon, egg and cheese which had a whopping 4 pieces of bacon on it covering only 2 spots on the sandwich, the egg was overcooked, the roll was so stale, and there wasn't enough cheese on it to cover how awful it tasted. I think it's time to find a new breakfast place.

Really horrible service...especially on weekends...they can't even pick up the phone for orders. Happens all the time, not just sometimes.

I changed my route to work and started passing WBB&D so I was curious, there are always cars in the lot so I figured it had to be good. Stopped in for breakfast this morning and I wasn't disappointed. Such a clean and welcoming atmosphere followed by friendly staff and great food. Definitely recommend and I'll definitely be back again!

this is the worst bagel i've ever had. one slice of cheese melted on the bagel. and it's an "everything bagel" yet there's like 3 sesame seeds. never coming here again. and the lady who helped us clearly hates her job.

LI is probably two steps above hell in terms of food options… anyway let’s get to the review.This is probably my tenth review of a popular joint on LI that’s like this. What bagels. What pizza. Can’t make it good if you skimp on materials and if the new hires don’t know how to make a bagel.
