Sooooo delicious! You have to hit them on a Saturday morning for sure. We’ve been trying for 4 years to catch the right time and it was well worth it. The food was incredible and the drinks spot on. Can’t wait to come back next time we come up.

The meals were absolutely delicious! You could really taste the fresh, clean ingredients in every bite. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were so friendly. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to (& we drove an hour just to try it!).

I've been wanting to go here for a few years now due to listening to their podcast and reading their books. I don't usually leave reviews but the quality and taste of the food exceeded my hyped up expectations. The people that own and run this gem were very pleasant and we will definitely be going back. As I drink my latte from a different place far far from here it makes me miss the chai latte that was absolutely delicious from the Sap Bush Hollow Cafe.

I went to see if organic grass fed bones were available and to check out the cafe. Yes, bones are available lol. It is the cutest place and the staff and other customers were awesome. Happy people in a relaxed environment with local homegrown healthy food equals amazing. Look forward to my next visit :0)

We picked up our second Thanksgiving turkey today. Last year pick up was a Sunday so cafe was not open- besides the turkey we left with grass fed stew meat, pork cranberry sausages and a whole pastured chicken... yum! The café special was Shepards Pie which we took home for dinner. Both it and the breakfast sandwich we had on site were amazing. Bravo Shannon and team!

Best breakfast I have EVER had. I loved the atmosphere and everyone was so kind and lovely. What a hidden gem of a place. 10/10 would recommend **edit** can i just say that Shannon and her crew where absolutely DELIGHTFUL. Per her comment of being slammed and thinking they were not up to par and apologizing brings a tear to my eye. They are nothing but a blessing in this world filled with fast paced grumpy people and the fact that they just killed it with the slow placed small town scrumptious food just says that they need to be praised. They rocked it and i will always go back whenever i am up there through April-November. Keep on keeping on ladies!

Good chili and tre leches for dessert. They had been busy the Saturday we were in so the menu was very limited. No bacon left, so no BLT. We probably should have visited earlier in the day.

From the food to the fantastic service, coming here is like coming home. Local, organic fare served with family heart and soul. Plus great music in the background -- if I lived in the area, I'd spend every Saturday morning here during the season. Sap Bush Hollow is what building and supporting community is all about.

we picked up a full lamb. totally convenient. easy pickup on main road (next to local PO). the meat was nicely butchered and packed, which made it easy to split up with our buying partner. wi definitely shop here again. the only piece we thawed and cooked was tender and delicious.
