I was yelled at by the older guy behind the counter after I told him that I did not order what he had decided to prepare for me. It was embarrassing to be yelled at in public so I walked out.
I was waiting on line to place my order, and kept asking the guy at the register if they had whole wheat toast but i was completely ignored and which looked like a kitchen staff/helper noticed me and walked up to me and asked me what I wanted. I started to place my order, repeating it three times but he had a hard time comprehending what I was asking for, at this point I told him never mind, I'll just wait for the other guy, but he insisted to help me, so I decided to give him a chance. He heard half of my order and walked away starting to cut open a bagle, which I didn't want, and I was trying to correct him he was talking over me saying yes ,yes whole wheat, I kept on saying whole wheat toast but there seemed to be a language barrier and then started to get frustrated at me for correcting his mistakes. At this point simply told him never mind and walked out and found a way better spot not even 2 minutes away! I'll just say they were the HERO of my day, not to mention another bagle stores name! With my first experience at this restaurant, I surly would not return again.

One of the younger guys working there was very rude to one of his older workers. Very unfortunate, I will not be supporting a business like this. This is not how you treat people, especially someone older than you. Shame on you.
High prices; terrible, rude service; sterile environment; won't come back even though it's the only kosher bagel shop around
Rudest employee working here

Don’t understand why this place has so many good reviews. I’ve gone twice and have been unsatisfied with the quality of the bagels. Always tastes a bit off and chocolate milk was warm. Won’t be going again.

My favorite thing about Bagel Town is that it’s the only place my severely allergic son can have his bagels. I will never forget his face when we discovered bagel town and he had his first bagel ever. We love them and hope they are around forever and never change their menu to include sesame! So grateful to them

Really sweet people working there. My son wanted chocolate chip cream cheese and they went and made him chocolate chip cream cheese from scratch and even gave him some chocolate chips in a to go container. Food was great!

good day, unfortunately recently I went to pick up a product today 01-25 between 9:40 and 10 am and the person at the checkout threw the product at me, it is a real lack of respect, and even discrimination on the part of the local, I hope they take action regarding what happened, but after today I do not recommend this

Great bagel shop, travelled from Canada to try this spot due to a sesame allergy. Food was delicious and staff were very kind. Highly recommend!
Nasty place and people
