How is it that an establishment that's sole product is burgers, and has burger in the name, but at almost $12+ for a burger now a days, still doesn't seem to be able to cook a burger to a desired temperature , other than raw ?? 👎

I got the grilled chicken burger which i thought was pretty good. But this was the only photo i took. The burgers, idk it felt like something was missing to the taste or it could be me. The onion rings were ok as well. I think this was the spicy burger.

I know the price of fryer oil is very expensive but your food isn’t cheap either. Change the damm oil more often. Stick to burgers. When someone can say that McDonalds chicken nuggets are better than yours that’s a problem. Horrible.

I was really craving a burger so I stopped by and ordered a burger, philly cheesesteak, fries and onion rings. I was extremely disappointed with the taste and quality of all the above. Let's start off with the sides as they both fit in the category of mediocre due to the old oil that was probably reused for way too long resulting in a terrible aftertaste for both the fries and the onion rings. After a quick punch to the tastebuds I decided to power through and try "long islands best Philly Cheesesteak" aka the worst false advertising I have ever seen. The bread was soggy, the meat itself was just meat and cheese with onions that barely had any flavor outside of what the cheese provided. After a few bites, I cut my losses and the rest was thrown out as I moved onto the burger. Again I experience some more soggy bread but I power through to some flavorless frozen patties, poorly grilled with little flavor and the slimy lettuce underneath. I'm incredibly disappointed with the quality of the food here and it's a real shame because I'm only a few blocks away from this place.
The burgers are 6 ounces,and very tasty. The staff were very helpful and inviting, but the prices are a bit too high for me.

I hadn’t had burger bite in years, so I gave it a shot tonight. I remember the patties being much better years ago. This time around, it felt like I was eating a frozen patty off a flat top that had been resting for an hour, not a freshly made one, that’s hot & juicy off a grill like they used to be. I know that ever since Covid, all food services have been cutting corners on quality to stay alive and keep prices reasonable, along with the new status of work ethics entering the work force after Covid. But I’d rather pay a little more and actually enjoy what I’m eating even though $14 for just a burger is questionable. The service was great; the cashier and wait time were minimal. So you can’t blame the wait time for a cold, dry burger. From ordering to plate, it was only 15 minutes. Per the service, I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and give it another try in the future but all and all wasn’t pleased with the food.
