This Carvel location is a cute little spot in my area. My husband and I love to bring our daughter here to put a smile on her face. I was very hesitant to write this review but unfortunately we recently had a terrible experience with one of the employees that works there and itâs not our first time, we let the other times go. He shouts when taking our order, doesnât give us 5 seconds to choose what we want and before we can finish our order he shouts again, âwhatâs nextâ on top of his lungs. I donât understand why he seems so hostile. Every other employee is nice a respectful. His co worker also gave him a look as heâs yelling. He needs to be trained on customer service because it seems as if he forgot that this is a customer service job.

Very, very clean! All is fresh & good. Soft serve is good but pricey. Buy one get one free sundae on Wednesday is the best value for soft serve at any Carvel. And this location honors free on Wednesday happily.
I went here this evening with my 4 year old who was so excited to see the carousel. We put four quarters in and nothing, so when we went inside with a crying kid I told her it didnât work and she was like yeah, it doesnât work and took my money. She had no response and a blank stare. I said, maybe put a sign so families know. No tip for you! We will not be coming back here. Ice cream had minimal toppings, I didnât ask for a top and they put one on. Overall bad experience. My son complained the strawberry ice cream didnt taste good.
