Havent been back since college and it still feels the same inside minus the missing tables. They had a bunch of options not on their normal menu. Picked up a hook and ladder and added waffle fries. It was very good and very messy with all the dressing they put. Good nostalgia hit. Ill be back again when im in the area.

There's this new brunette girl (answers the phone), who has a nasty attitude and doesn't know how to handle the rush and pressure. I'm hoping the managers can let her know not to project her own isssuee and problems on to the clients and customers. Were there for the food, not her therapy.

They charged me $12.19 for a basic egg sandwich and it wasn't good at all. Their "extra bacon" was less bacon then you get from most deli's without asking for extra. Poor quality for twice the price from what you get elsewhere. Definitely will not be going

How do you charge me top dollar for huge pancakes and only give me 2 small syrups. I ask for more and she wants to charge me. Way to add insult to injury, I can't even finish my food cause it's so dry. I won't be coming back since they're so petty.

I have been coming here for years. The service is good usually speedy. But over the years the quality of the food is just plummeting. The food is always fresh but the portions of the sandwiches such as the chicken cutlet are off. Now I am a super understanding person when it comes this but the best they can do is try to make it even on both sides. I left the receipt below so you can see the prices of these low quality sandwiches.Now they did offer me my money back but that’s not the point as a returning customer I just want well portioned food. I asked if they could just remake them and they did without a problem. Other than that they did not offer anything for the time I had to waste to come back. The taste is great- just you’ll be only getting one half of a sandwich. ?? Waste of time and money
