I tried to call and order over the phone for delivery and the person taking the order was very rude and nasty and impatient. Within 54 seconds of me giving an address and trying to order. I felt like I was being rushed with placing the order in the process of me being rushed I was spoken to with an unnecessary amount of attitude. Which made me not even want to order within 54 seconds.if the staff member on the phone was patient enough to wait for me to pull up my notes to read him my order I would of spent 57.95 without taxes and a delivery fee. I’ve eaten there twice. The food is great. Customer service I experienced today was terrible. Hopefully the owner or manager sees this and retrain their staff. This can be a big turn off for customers that’s spending they lost me as a customer. Great food customer service needs to be retrained or if having a bad day maybe consider taking the day off.

Ordered a Chicken Parm Hero for the first time today…What a sandwich!!!This was hands down one of the best Chicken Parm Hero’s I have ever had. I can’t say enough. Do yourself a favor and order one now!!!!!!!Sorry no pic to share…it didn’t stay on my plate long enough!
This service was the best I came in with 6 dollars and I couldn’t afford 2 pizzas but when I walk out and check in my car I see 2 slices of pizzas in the box that was a sweet and kind hearted person right there❤️

I’m not from this area, but wanted to grab something nearby and someone who lives in the area recommended this place and they did not disappoint at all!!! I have been going to Gino's for 30 years! I order out mostly. I have catered from Gino's and periodically eat in for a slice of pizza!! I can honestly say I have never been disappointed in his food. His Grandma pie is my fave!! You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.

We love Ginos!!! Everything is always fresh!!! The food is always delivered hot!!! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. We just moved from Brooklyn, and this by far the best pizza around!!! Every Thursday is pizza day, demanded by the kids!!!!Kid-friendliness: Well, the pizza is stellar....... my kids want it all the time!!!

As a West Hempstead lifer, I have grown up on Gino's Pizza and with the guys there. Dominic and Franco are beyond generous and always support the school organizations. They also go above and beyond for their long time customers. Food is excellent and all of the guys behind the counter are friendly and helpful. Especially Mike/Tony. He greets everyone with a smile and makes every transaction enjoyable!

ive been attending to ginos for almost a year now and they have never had any bad dish , service is always excellent. staff always smiles and helps & their food is beyond delicious and one if the best pizza restaurants in long island. definitely recommend!! especially one of the staff members named mike and tony were such a huge hand helping out carry a huge order to my car!!
