Bought the $8 Big Mac meal to take home from the drive-thru. When I opened the Mac box when I got home, I was disgusted by what I saw! Black things on the middle bread and throughout the sandwich. I don't know if this is mold or rodents had a party with the food there. No matter what it is, it's very bad news. I can't see how the one who put the Mac together missed this! Who knows how many other burgers were also like this? Fortunate for me, I saw it and did not eat it! Who knows what could of happened to me If I ate that Big Mac? Will never get anything there again!! Always check your food before eating it, you might save yourself from a disaster! Restaurant health inspectors, where are you?

The person who took the order at the Dravitru didn't have her name on her shirt, but we asked if she could give us the number for the points. She said she couldn't, and we ordered a soda with ice and one without ice, and they didn't know how to prepare the order.

I stay walking distamce from here. I really do my ordering at the kiosk the pay at the counter. The some of tge staff is not always so nice. I really do not care for fast food. I am a home cooked food person. O belive in cooking your own meals.

I haven’t ate Mc donalds over 5 years I woke up one day and decided to eat at my local McDonald and let me say that the kids working are highly unprofessional loud and obnoxious and talking to friends over the counter and the food/service was horrible I guess I won’t be eating McDonald’s for another five years thanks to the McDonald on hempstead

I ordered a sweet tea with extra ice… the tea did not have extra ice, it was actually room temperature at the bottom. The tea was also unsweetened!!!! I love my tea sweet. I also ordered a Mc Double with Mayo…
As soon as I opened the soggy burger, the bun tore apart and was SATURATED with mayo , ketchup, and oil. I was so disgusted that I couldn’t even eat it.
I will never patronize this particular Mc Donald’s again.
I really appreciate how they secured my drink! My McCrispy didn’t have any pickles on it, but it had an extra chicken patty, so it all worked out in the end!
