At 20:30 on November 17th I ordered a Big Mac with no Mac sauce no pickles and to add ketchup. I received a Big Mac with Big Mac sauce no cheese and no pickles. Either this person who crafted my burger was lazy or they were not able to read English properly which in that case I can’t blame them if they are from another country or something but McDonald’s should print them readable for the staff on hand depending on location

We ordered a hamburger happy meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal at 7:00. Pm. The fries were stale, cold and horrible. My daughter became nauseous after the hamburger happy meal and ended up throwing it up. The chicken sandwich was cold. We live 5 minutes down the block. No way it could have gotten good that quickly.

This is the second time I’ve been here in a month, possibly the worst McDonald’s in Nassau County, first issue I had 2 weeks ago I went here ordered the 5 dollar deal someone else ordered the same thing, they tossed my ticket cause they couldn’t read 2 separate people got the same order in a row waited 20 mins then was asked to repay for my meal before I had to read my receipt out for the employee that couldn’t read, again I gave them another chance today just to regret my decision, I ordered the 6 dollar meal deal only to receive incorrect change and the employee working the cashier window couldn’t figure out the math for 20 dollars for a meal costing 6.52 cents with tax this place apparently hires anyone, it’s fast food that is inconvenient and difficult worst of all there are dozens of options all around this place. I’m gonna avoid this location like the plague because they don’t know how to do basic operations, staff training is proven to be non existent at this point and I don’t believe things are gonna change here this location has failed good luck to anyone continuing to go here I would recommend against it highly “my personal opinion to this location”

We had a horrible experience at this store. My friend and I ordered food through different kiosks. First, the lady who identified herself as the store manager served our food, but she refused to fulfill my friend's order because she mistakenly thought she had already done so. Despite clarifying that we had placed two separate orders, she still did not serve my friend. Instead, she approached my table, yelled in front of my kids and other customers, and accused me of not paying for my order, which she had already processed in the system.
My children pointed out that the kiosk didn’t print out the receipt, but instead of checking the store system, she asked me to call my credit card company to verify the transaction. I had to expose my personal information in public to confirm the payment. Only then did she serve my friend's food, but she refused to apologize to us, even going so far as to say, 'Call whoever you want.'
I am shocked that McDonald's would provide this kind of service. I hope no other parents and children have to experience what we went through. If I could give this service a negative rating, I would

I placed an online order for an apple pie using my loyalty points and arrived at the store to collect it. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes, I noticed that the individual at the cash register, who appeared to be a manager, was engrossed in her mobile phone and not attending to customers. When she finally acknowledged my presence, she regrettably informed me that there were no apple pies available. Despite my expectation that an alternative dessert might be offered, she simply instructed me to leave the premises without providing any form of compensation or resolution.
