I can understand that during this pandemic that You might be busier so I tried to be reasonable before writing this review. I called just after 6pm and asked how long delivery would take and they told me 60-90 min. I asked how long pick up would be and they said 15-20 min. I placed my order on GrubHub for pick up since we had a coupon and was told 6:40-6:50 pick up. Just to give them some more slack I arrived at 7:00 to pick up the food. They told me it wasn't ready and I would have to wait another 15 minutes @ minimum. It's a shame because I was looking for a nice new Turkish place to get my cravings fixes. I'll think twice before coming here again. And it's a shame, because I haven't even eaten their food yet. I'll try them out again and update and edit my review as needed after my next order. For now, service caused a 1* review. Edit: added. I know why my order was late. I just didn't expect it to be 40 minutes late. Also when I got home I got lettuce instead of parsley for the lahmacun and 3 slices of tomatoes for 8 pieces of lahmacun.

I love this restaurant! They provide awesome food, their menu is nice, The cook in that restaurant is a specialist, I enjoy a lot tasting all their food. The dishes are always fresh, the service towards the guests is agreeable. I go often to this place and I was never discontended. I recommend it with no hesitation.

I meet with friends this lovely place many times a year! This is the best place to dine. I visit this spot frequently. The meals are just great, the team is helpful and the cost is affordable. I enjoy going in this restaurant to have a decent lunch.

Ordered take out for dinner tonight & the food was incredible. I'd say it was the best mediterranean food i've ever had in the US. Delivery was fast & packaging was good. The baklava is literally to die for. Can't wait to order from here again!

Very tasty food!! Falafel was tasty and not dry! A good side salad with it too. Really enjoyed everything, but was particularly touched by the post card with an evil eye charm attached to protect us from Covid-19! What an incredibly sweet touch! I can't wait for this to be over so I can enjoy the lovely restaurant space too. Thank you!

got delivery via grubhub, chicken shish pita, feta, kunefe, and chix soup; the chix shish pita was awful! the chix very rubbery and the pita u couldn't even hold without it falling apart-threw most of it away-so damp- waste of money side of feta and kunefe were yummy although kunefe is traditionally topped with pistachio not walnuts in my experience likely would not order again

This restaurant is my number one place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. everytime I want to go to a good lunch, this restaurant comes first to my head. outstanding and many types of food and a rich cuisine.great team, and great vibes. Also, the price is fair. I praise this place with no hesitation.

Great food from this place. It's really the only suitable replacement that I've found for Sahara in Brooklyn that closed down.

A hidden gem. Tonight we started with an order of falafel with hummus. The falafel was delicious and the hummus was nicely spiced. I had the chicken shish kebab plate with salad and white rice. The chicken was moist tender and delicious. My wife had chicken Adana with bulger and roasted vegetables. There are so many tempting dishes on the menu, yet we continue to order our favorites because they are so good. They have an eggplant with tomato appetizer which comes spicy but you can order it mild - again delicious. I'm gluten free so the Kazandibi custard makes a great dessert to share! It is a little off the beaten path, and it has its own brightly lit parking lot. People are catching on to this flavorful spot, but you can still easily get a table on a Friday night.

I was so excited to see a local Turkish restaurant on the Long island area but sadly my expectations were not met ..I ordered a sheparad salad that did not come with cheese so it didn't feel authentic. I also got a falafal sandwich but it was so dry , falafel felt very dry and lacked flavor. The salad in the falafal sandwich didn't have any dressing no hummus or any additional flavor just dry falafel dry pita and dry greens . It was ok. I wasn't thrilled with it . Hopefully it can get better. I'm used to the standards of taci beyti in Brooklyn so this was sub par.

Very nice decor. The man at the front register was nice and attentive. There was an error with Grubhub, but he took care of it. The red lentil soup was amazing. Will definitely be going back and trying the other dishes.
