As expected, my coffee selection was on point, as was the sandwich and sweet treat I purchased, however with that being said, the drive through was backed up and the parking lot is a disaster because it has maybe 7 or 8 spots and it's shared with 2 other stores. Now I know that is not their fault and in their defense, there were maybe 8 or 9 workers buzzing around in the store, but just the sheer fact of a jammed drive through and a small parking lot I can't see myself making this a regular stop for me.

As Starbucks is supposed to be a calm and clean store, the garbage is overflowing all over right when you walk in. for those who come here to do homework or hold work meetings, the music is way too loud. This not a space for employees to sing and dance around while conducting business. I would recommend lowering the music it is BLASTING to where I can hear it through my noise cancellation AirPods.

This Location is horrible. The people that rate this place must have been lucky because I have never seen such rude people in my life. They also have Rats running through the Drive Thru at night and it has been like that for weeks. I've also seen flies in the store.

This location is so horrible. I guess people who gave this place a good review got lucky because most of the time that i have gone to order, the staff is rude. I once over heard one of the staff members say we have to get these animals out of the lobby while i was waiting for my drink at the hand off area. This location really isn't what it seems to be. The staff don't care about you they just want you out of the store after you get your stuff.

Terrible location for a Starbucks. The parking lot is super small and always a mess. After squeezing through just to leave without going inside, I will never visit this location ever again. They should have an employee go outside to regulate the congestion or traffic flow.
