Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Smoothies are always delicious. But clearly understaffed. Always waiting long periods for a smoothie. Even if there’s just one or two people in the shop. When there’s 4 people or more expect a 20+ minute wait. The staff doesn’t work with any urgency.

Quick, Wide selection, nice staff. I enjoyed my experience here.

The staff didn’t make eye contact once. They didn’t greet us when we came in. Ordered through the app and food was done but we had to wait 15 mins for the smoothies to be done. Horrible customer service at this location

I am so disappointed. Every time I order here they messed it up. Im intolerant to peanut butter and they put it in my drink 3 times. Its absolutely insane and dangerous.

To all: IF you are in a rush. Order online. It might ...might be helpful. BUT not from what I saw on the 1st nice weather day 10th of March 2025. Need signage / register for pick up online orders. They need to higher a runner (aka cashier only) to handle online in walking customers. While the 2 other girls concentrate on mixes of smoothies. Hope owner pays ladies more so when customer is paying we don't have to have thrown in our face a screen prompt requesting a tip. Before i even have eaten or drank my order. I am not in a restaurant establishment.

Check your food before you eat it. Coco will serve you bacon past its storing time, stickers get changed on ingredients that should also get changed but don't. Lots of corner cutting

The manager is very kind and friendly! Efficient workers, clean and quiet place, they have offers on their app, good food, good prices

I ordered a chicken Cesar salad they sent my order out without the Cesar dressing to go with it after I paid and left with my meal. The day before I ordered smoothies and they sent out no straws. They have a very hard time following order notes and it’s effecting people who don’t have time to come back and get it corrected. I hope to have a better experience next time…

My top smoothie place to go to. Their smoothies taste amazing the fact that you can do combos and have options of breakfast or lunch food is amazing and ever food option I have chosen has been so good my go to is the chicken Dilla which does not ever disappoint! I would definitely recommend tropical smoothie cafe!
