Wayback Burgers

Well, well, well what can I say these burgers take me way back if you know what I mean every month every bite every crispy every right if you know what I mean. I’d marry this burger. If I could well I got was the burger with the onions. It was fantastic that took my mouth on a joyride to heaven. I loved it so much.

Just wanted to say that the meals are amazing and knocks out fast food joints. The cost is the same and the quality of food is amazing. The west Hempstead staff are on point. Especially Brad and Logan. The place is clean and if you get their app you can earn free food. I enjoyed the place and the music is so relaxing. You can come with a laptop and do work while enjoying a Philly Steak ,hambuger , salad, shake.

It's been a while since I was in the area so I hadn't been to wayback burger recently. It was as good as I remembered. The staff couldn't have been any nicer. The cheesie burger was delicious, and the chocolate shake hit the spot. The fries had just enough salt, couldn't stop eating them. I'll be heading back soon.

I was in the mood to try something new while I was in West Hempstead. I didn't know anything about wayback burgers. The immediate feeling was that it felt like a mom-and-pop shop which is hard to find nowadays. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had the chicken bacon ranch lettuce bowl. You can also get that as a fry bowl. I also got a strawberry hibiscus lemonade which was also great. You don't always have to go to the super big chains. Support this business. They have lots of options. Check them out. Bonus they have a rewards program.

We came here for a quick lunch

We ordered burgers, shakes and fries and tots

The service is absolutely wonderful - the guys at the store brought the food to us and were so respectful and kind.

The food is great - burgers exactly like how they should be - well cooked, juicy and flavorful. The fries and tots are also just as great.

The shakes were what we expected - delicious!

Experience was fantastic , Gentlemen treated me and my family like if I was home, was attentive to my menu selections. Loved this location. Staff was great. Food was cooked perfect to order

First time ever at a Wayback burgers place. Was super excited to try the mint shakes. My daughter and I tried at the same time and both realized they were not edible. The artificial mint left a horrible aftertaste. I went back in with my daughter to explain that after taking a sip we were unable to drink them. The lady at the register was extremely rude and said well what would you like me to do about it? You already drank it. I said we took a sip and will have to throw them away. I asked that she provide good customer service and maybe we can get a plain one, like vanilla instead? She said yea sure whatever you want and continued to be rude while making us a sample so we cant complain we dont like this one also. I felt her reaction was very unprofessional.
The sample we got tasted good and i thanked her for making us a new one.. as she continued to have an attitude. We got in the car and took a sip of the vanilla and this was also not edible! It tasted like it would definitely make someone sick if they continued to drink it. We wasted $20 on those two shakes... We also got food- the burger and fries were delicious.

I will not be returning. Lesson learned the shakes were no good - maybe it's their machines that mix them or the milk was bad? Both of us felt the same way. I'm not super picky just honestly was so excited to try it and was extremely disappointed. The customer service I received was the worst!!

Yesterday was my first day since they opened in west hempstead. I must say very sweet and great customer service . The chef was a doll even with a dental procedure she was laughing and making jokes with me. This restaurant for me was extremely very clean . My double impossible burger was delicious and tasty fries .

Really great staff and the chicken sandwich was amazing. I really wanted to get the crispy one because that’s what made me come there but I went with the grilled so my stomach thanked me later. They also have a strawberry hibiscus. I think it was flavored water and that was delicious. Overall, I enjoyed it. It definitely took a while though.

Clean atmosphere. Engaged staff. Did handled with care at this establishment.
Burgers compared to the taste of "SHAKE SHACK" without the heavy oil fats.
Will eat again. You should come and try if your in the area.
Pricing decent for a more upscale burger.

Parking: Parking should be easily accessible even if not directly in front of establishment.
