Establishment is very racist, they closed the store early and didn’t allow anyone in. I asked a customer that was in the drive through if they seen anyone order at the window, she said yes, i noticed two hispanic men, ordering at the window after her. I asked a wendy’s employee if i can order at the window and he said yes but then the spanish lady told me I cannot. I asked her why i can’t order at the window but she told me “you just can’t”. Then i asked to speak to a manager and he told me it’s only a safety hazard for me to order at the window.

Visit this Wendy's couple times a week after school with my kids . And they always are polite and get our orders correctly. Day or night shift staff are always on their game . And the orders almost have no wait time .
Every time I go to Wendy's in West Hempstead that you always come out missing something out of your order that you paid for and then when you get home and call them nobody answered and they give you the wrong order but they'll charge you for it

I found food in my hair. They should be wearing hairnets when making the food, this is disgusting. I will not eat the rest of the food due to not knowing what they could’ve been touched with. Who knows if they were wearing gloves either since there’s hair in my food
