I ordered food during my overnight shift for pickup at the drive thru. I ordered 3pc mozzarella sticks, small onion rings, 2 chicken sandwiches and a sack of clam strips to share with a coworker. After picking up the food, I got to the job and the mozzarella sticks were perfect and the temperature was still warm. The onion rings were a little overdone and my coworker tossed them in the trash. The chicken sandwiches were hard as hell, overcooked and not edible. The clam strips as well were overcooked. Whoever worked during the overnight shift Wednesday to Thursday Jan 7th to Jan 8th. You need to pay attention when cooking; serving us this horrible food. We wasted our money on this crap! This is not White Castle standards. If I could have come back I would have.

I like the food but it does taste kind of mediocre. I got the cheese sliders and they tasted a bit better than a McDonald's cheese burger. The fries are pretty standard. The mozzarella sticks though tasted kind of like fish, my guess is they fry it in the same oil they make their fish sandwiches in. Overall it wasn't bad, I just think there is better food out there for similar pricing.

It's a fast food restaurant, so you can't expect much. This location used to be quick, and friendly, but it has changed. I ordered four sliders and they messed up my order, and they got upset because they were wrong. The person who took my orderinsisted that she never heard me order the sliders, yet there was a ticket with items on my order. It's a shame that the quality of service has gone so low.

I tried the drive thru and ordered 3 hamburgers and 2 cheeseburgers 3 tines. This place is the last time I will go to. Ordering inside is even worse.

Tonight (10/25/25) went in about 11:30pm…there was a kid hustling like a champ getting things done. The dude was doing a hundred things at once, including coordinating the staff. As a grumpy grandpa, it’s great to see a young man hustling and doing his job with purpose. Kudos.

Extremely disrespectful, rude, impolite employee working the counter around 9:30pm on 8/30. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s an older woman dressed like she was going to church after her shift. Possibly the manager, which makes it even worse.

I walked up to the counter and she saw me from her periphery, yet refused to make eye contact or acknowledge my presence. I stood there for at least three minutes waiting for her, or any other employee, to check in with me. They all refused to look my way, as if they were trained to do so. Then, someone else comes in and stands in line behind me, and this woman had the audacity to look past me and help the man behind me, at which point I interrupted to ask her “excuse me, am I invisible?” She then told me that the order I was picking up wasn’t ready yet. There’s no physically possible way that she would even know that I’m picking up a mobile order, or which order that would even be, but instead of taking accountability, she continued to act childish and venting to her coworkers about me while I’m still standing right there.

It’s quite possible that this experience was racially motivated, as this employee and the customer behind me were both of the same race, different than mine. What I know for certain is that that disgusting excuse for a human should not be working a customer-facing job. White Castle corporate, do better and get rid of that monster.
