It was a tough and rough experience and only got worse for everyone! Staff was having internal unresolvable issues. Worst of all, Flies were everywhere! Instead of keeping tables, floor and atmosphere clean management was bickering with staff out of control. I was disappointed and very disgusted cause I chose to eat in. But NOT AGAIN!?? Parking: Ok, very tight drive thru

Was very hungry. One guy in back cleaning would not help serve food. One guy serving food was in bathroom?One guy was waiting the entire time and gave up when I walked up ... It was late but the sign promised 24-7

I asked for fresh fries and was told the fries are fresh. If they were fresh they would have been hot. When I said something I wasn't even offered new fresh fries. Good way to lose a customer. This will hbe the last time I stop here!

The register girl was nice, but everyone else seemed mad to be at work and complaining about having to heat up the apple turnovers and just making the food in general and the soda was extremely flat.
Super slow service on the thruway! Only 4 customers all waiting. Kid in back kitchen spinning around pans playing games. Supervisor standing in seating area no concern pathetic place to stop keep going!

We asked for iced tea and they said they didn’t have but could give us hot tea. The “hot tea” was cold water and a tea bag. We also got two fish sandwiches and got charged for it but they didn’t give it to us. The cashier lady got mad because she asked my grandpa to speak up and he did but she kept teasing him saying “I can’t hear you” repeatedly but the other employees could.

They were short-staffed - only three people appeared to be working, and were evidently tired, however they were all still very nice! Didn’t take too long for our food to be ready, and it was quite good!
