You will not get anthing but a nuked burger , no grill , raw looking bacon and some fake microwaved burger thing patty. BK should be ashamed to sell stuff the dogs would not eat it.

Why the hell are the prices twice as much as normal standalones
Wouldn’t have come here if it wasn’t my last resort because of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was top-notch. Manager, cashier and even the gentleman working in the back were attending to customers.
The worst Burger King on I-90 Manager is NOT customer friendly the register was closed at 1:40 in the afternoon so I was forced to use the Kiosk which does not have the hav-zies on it was told just pay the regular price for fries which is 1.56 more

We wanted to have a quick dinner, and we chose this place. It was the best decision ever. The Food was ready in 5 minutes. The fries were so delicious crispy from out, soft from in. Chicken burger (7) was so so delicious I really surprised.
Portions were enough.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to this location. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of one of your employees. Jaylein to be specific.
From the moment I interacted with them, their attitude was dismissive and condescending. Not only did they fail to greet me courteously, but their demeanor throughout the transaction lacked any semblance of customer service or empathy. They were visibly uninterested in assisting, and their tone was harsh and unnecessarily rude. It was clear that they had no regard for providing a pleasant dining experience.
I’ve always enjoyed Burger King’s food, but the attitude of this particular employee left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that other customers don’t face a similar situation in the future.

Four guys took 40 minutes to complete just 3 orders, drinking pop like it was underground water. Definitely an incredible fast-food service.

Today, we waited 20 minutes to get our lunch food. This is extremely slow service. During lunch time, why only has 3 person that not familiar make food, and someone/manager out of work position very long time. After the manager should work are, he didn’t say any apologize to placate to customers (there are other customers do complain), oppositely, manager use unyielding attitude say: do you want refund?!

Employee scratching his face while wearing the rubber gloves for food prep. Going straight back to food prep afterwards. What’s the point of the gloves? Also extremely slow for a BK.
