Went with a RIT friend. Have eaten here before and had no problems. Ate the special, Cajun steak and queso blanco quesadilla. I found the rope of the meat in the food. I was shocked and luckily held my vomit back. The situation didn’t help when my friend told me her chicken parmesan was not as good as it had been before. That’s when she realized her chicken was pink. I’m very disappointed with the food we sadly consumed.

Sat down.
Nobody even acknowledged us.
They all just kept standing around & talking to each other except us.
We walked out.

The worst service and the employees isn’t treating the customers well . Haven’t giving enough time to order the food. Hospitality is not there. Pls request please change some employees who is good for taking orders.

Long wait for mediocre food that is basically convenient because it is in the hotel, but not worth the drive 59 come here.

A side of bacon (3 pieces) is $3.50. I ordered a milkshake, paid extra for oreos through the mobile app, and they didn't give me any. just stuff like that that really dampens the experience and it happens quite often.

Waited 30 plus minutes for chicken fingers to-go. Not busy at all. Watched a girl who ordered after me, get her food and eat it, before I got my food. Never again

As a first timer..Food is excellent! Sadly, I didn't receive my broccoli in my pasta or my croutons in my salad. ):

We had a great time and experience here at Petals. They have a great selection of food to order. We got the appetizer called the munchies. The appetizer called the munchies is the perfect combination of a little bit of everything on the appetizer menu all on one dish. The service was good and fast. The bartender was very friendly, attentive, and is very good at what he does. The atmosphere is very laid back lounge feel. Petals is inside the hotel. Both sides of Petals is very laid back.

We stayed at the RIT and stopped down for some dinner 'to go' back to our room. Service was very friendly and patient. Timing was appropriate and food to go was packaged well. The food itself was very good! The marinara sauce that came with mozzarella sticks was the best sauce I've EVER had and the mixed fruit and greens salad was delicious! Very fresh fruit and greens. I added grilled chicken and there was a lot it - loved it! Also their condiment bar is packed and we'll stocked with anything you'd need. Overall a really great dining experience.

The food was amazing!!!!!!! but I did not like the layout of the restaurant. With having low vision it was unclear how to proceed into the establishment. It looks fast food and you need to order first at the counter but they will deliver to your table. You seat yourself.

We stayed overnight at the RIT Inn and had breakfast here. The breakfast menu is quite large and there are also yogurt drinks and cookies that you can buy. The food itself was quite fatty or quite sweet but it was very filling. When I ordered a strawberry smoothie I got something that as a European I would probably describe as a slushie rather than a smoothie.

Used to be my favorite place to go for a breakfast sandwich, but they've stopped serving them on croissants. No where near as good anymore.
