My appointment was at 3:30PM , I arrived at 11:00AM I did check in they did not call me until my appointment coming up so drivers did not come early no spot for parking no restroom

Arrived at 9:20 for 10:00 AM appointment. I find there are 4 trucks ahead of me waiting.Take appointments with a sincere amount skepticism.
Tight blindside back into the dock. 1 hr unload time.
