Worst rest stop experience of my life! I ordered a coffee and asked for cream and sugar. Told they don't have any and was served cream cheese instead after I repeatedly asked for half and half, milk or any milk substitute for my coffee. What was the cream cheese for? I didn't order a bagel, but a donut! Save your money and go to the next rest stop.

Food and drink is on par with every other Tim hortons. Someone get this franchise owner to put something above the drive through window to block rain. My car was literally soaked after waiting for my food while it was raining

Coffee was ok comparable to DD, neither as good as Starbucks though. I got a breakfast sandwich that was tasty. I tried the Honey cruller that was better than DD French cruller but DD munchkins are better than Timbits.

My wife and I were visiting some friends in Vermont and decided to cross the border to go to Tim Horton's, and that is not something we get to do everyday as we live in Arkansas.The staff were friendly and the food was good and it came quickly. Ice coffee and a doughnut for the win.

This is my first one star review. I assume because of staffing issues they did not open till 7am, but Arby's was open 24 hours. I was going to get a couple of donuts today, but the case was infested with flies on the donuts. Very obvious, and they were still serving out of the display case.

Online they shows open 6 AM but actually they open at 7. Management should tackle these issues and update the times accordingly. They should maintain the standards of tim’s in states as well

Service started out good then quickly changed. Ordered turkey club meal deal . Asked for the chips and my drink the girl said you only ordered the sandwich. I asked for #1 turkey club meal. Also last I knew turkey club included bacon. I might be wrong on that bacon part ???
