Bacon tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. Friend had a hair in their meal. Complaint made with server, who brought it to the manager. Manager never came to us to check in with us - we had to call him over.Didn't care about customers - he took the "hair" meal off the bill.Server was great ?.

The service was great, but my omelet was much smaller than I was expecting from a diner.Parking: Plenty of parking, but difficult to get to if you're traveling west on Montauk Hwy. You have to make a U-turn.

Went to breakfast with my wife and daughter. Seated quickly. Place was busy and full. We ordered coffee. My wife asked for Splenda twice. Server stated he was aware. We waited. He went to two other tables and didn't seem to have Splenda. We caught his attention and he had forgotten. Coffee was more like hot water. No taste. We received our food. It was okay, nothing to brag about. Just had high expectations on quality if food and coffee. 3 out of 5 stars is what I am giving them.

My wife, son and I went here for the first time and the last. We went for breakfast, nothing crazy. Coffee, OJ, I got short stack pancakes and bacon, wife got eggs Benedict which came with potatoes and son got French toast with 2 scrambled eggs on the side. So to start for a diner, the coffee was not something you wanted a second cup of maybe top off but that’s it. Onto to eggs Benedict which is my wife’s usual order when we go out to breakfast where do I start … the “poached egg” was practically hard-boiled, the hollandaise sauce was definitely not fresh was definitely from a commercialized mix packet, the English muffin was hard to cut even with a steak knife and the “Canadian bacon” was ham. She wound up scraping off the sauce and removing the ham (which is whole purpose of eggs Benedict) and eating the rest. The only positive thing she can say is the potatoes were decent. Even the oj tasted watered down. The pancakes were on par with a store bought complete mix in a box and bacon was very greasy. The French toast was “meh” bread tasted like cheap bargain bread and did not have a grilled appearance (more like a premade frozen food aisle appearance). Then we looked up and saw a big hole in the ceiling above us with wet beams, insulation and ceiling tiles with mold and flies in it, nothing covering it and as we proceeded to leave a small piece of something from there fell into the booth next to us. The lighting fixture which was 2 tables over from us which had wallpaper and ornamental attributes was peeling and pieces were missing and looked like more is ready to drop. 1st and last time. There are so many other good diners maybe the owners should visit some of those and see how they can improve.

Where do I begin my husband and I were utterly shocked when we found out our favorite waiter is no longer there, we found out the daytime manager wrongfully fired him to make room for someone she knew, out of all people one of the sweetest young waiters we ever met was let go. We stopped going there for breakfast when we realized she was the daytime manager one of the rudest women you could ever meet. He was one of the most polite, kind and patient waiters we ever met if this is how this Diner runs a business and treats their employees I will make sure no one I know ever goes there again!!!!!! To do this in itself is despicable but around Christmas time makes it worse!!! Jonathan I hope you come across this review and know that Atlantis Diner has lost one of their most valuable employees. I will never be returning to that diner because I am heartbroken over this news. They should fire this woman immediately.

Just did a takeout order got a grilled cheese no french fries and a small soup. It was $19 and it was terrible. This place used to be consistent. Their food used to be great. The service used to be great now everything has changed. The manager or owner that always sits up by the counter. All he does is talk to people and leave you waiting there to pay

We got seated quickly, even though we had a large group of people. Food took a little while but that is expected for fresh cooked food on busy morning. Portions were large and good tasting. Perfect diner experience.

Clean, great staff, good food. We had a nice meal in a pleasant atmosphere without having to strain to hear each other.Vegetarian options: They seem to be alright to removing meat and dairy items from meals such as salad.Parking: No issues with parking at all

I’ve been to this diner a few times and this is the second time being treated with disrespect by staff. This time it was by management. I came into the diner with some family to have a business meeting over breakfast. the old woman with gray hair behind the counter was extremely rude and agitated when I asked if we could have two tables put together for the five people that were coming to meet us. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and that kind of request would never bother me when the entire restaurant is empty. The gray haired woman behind the counter should be fired immediately and replaced with someone who is accommodating, friendly, and grateful for business. I won’t be back and you shouldn’t try this place.

Do you ever get a bad meal at a diner? Food was delicious but the cost was outrageous. A skillet is $21? This is why I don't live in New York. This is nothing against the server nor the quality of the food.
