I catered a brunch this weekend with Bagel Buzz. This was my second catering order with them. I spoke with Gina over the phone to place my order and alerted her to the many food allergies in my party. I trust Bagel Buzz with making sure no cross contamination takes place in making my order. My wrap platter arrived on time and beautifully arranged and was delicious. The veggie cream cheese for the bagels was rich with fresh vegetables and salads were perfect. Thank you Bagel Buzz and Gina for another awesome catering order. I'll always be back when the next party rolls around.

The bagels are the most basic bagels you’ve ever tasted. Not memorable whatsoever and some of them are overdone. Not much quality control I guess.

Hello, I am writing as a packer, I went to the store at 01:24 pm, but they told me that they did not prepare it and that the store was closed, they said with a disgusting expression, they said good day with a laugh as if they were laughing. They were too lazy to put 2 drinks and a greasy bagel in a bag and preferred to say the shop was closed. I contacted Bagel Buzz to cater a brunch to entertain family coming to visit from Idaho. They requested the best New York bagels since good bagels are hard to find in Idaho. I also have severe food allergies in my family which includes peanuts, tree nuts, strawberries and red dye #40. I spoke with Gina who was a delight! She took my allergy request very serious and assured me that no cross contamination would take place. She got back to me quickly with a very very reasonable price! It was delivered on time. The salad wrap platter looked and tasted amazing. The bagels my Idaho family requested did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and fresh. You owe it to yourself to let Bagel Buzz in West Islip cater your next event.

First time and last time going here - my wrap was soggy drenched in oil and the avocado in my wrap tasted terrible - this is borderline expired and practically black. I’m not one to complain or do reviews but whoever made this flat out doesn’t care

Went to pick up a Uber delivery order from here today. I never go sticking phones in employees faces as some other rude delivery drivers do but this was the first time I really wanted to. Was standing next to the cashiers for 10 minutes patiently waiting and was never acknowledged. Another driver came and was also annoyed and walked out. Was a little busy so I understand delivery drives aren’t the first priority but dear lord have a system where after ringing someone up you at least look up and ask what name the delivery driver is waiting for. Needless to say I also walked out.
So DELICIOUS! Bagels are so fresh... def a no-frills, local bagel place. My fave is the soup of the day (minestrone and the chicken noodel were so yum!) and bagel with butter for only $5!

This is the second time that they have messed up our order. Ordered a BLT and got bacon on a bagel which I wouldn’t mind but not only is it the wrong item but the bagel taste like dirty water. Disgusting! I called and they said they would give me a credit that’s nice but they can keep it cause we will never order from them again.
