The ice cream, as well as the service is extremely sub par here. My wife and I repeated our orders several times just to find out that it was nowhere close to what we wanted. By the time we realized how wrong it was, we were too frustrated to want to go back. We will not be returning, not even for premade cakes…

Terrible service, went at 11:40pm and they told me they were closed, they close at 12:00am.. management needs to be checked out

Ordered 3 sundaes and a chocolate shake through Uber eats. Went through two drivers as the store was "wrapping up" the order. It took at least 35- 40 minutes to make 3 sundaes and a milkshake. When the order got here we ended up with no sundaes and a coconut drink thing. Not the first times something like this happened. Judging from the other reviews seems to be the norm.

Ordered a cake online and went to pick it up today. Guy behind the counter spent like 5 minutes looking for it then went into the freezer, pulled one out, took it in the back , put it in another box and hands to me. I asked if this was the one I ordered since the ice cream on the outside was a different flavor-he swore it was in the inside. Took it home for my daughters birthday and just like I thought-it wasn’t the one I ordered- it was mint chip instead of Oreo- chocolate cake was stale too- wound up throwing everything in the garbage! Worst place! (This isn’t the first time this happened-but figured I would give them a second chance- this is my last thought) wouldn’t buy anything here.

Terrible!! I ordered through Uber eats and the guy working at basking Robbins told them they were out of cups an lids and couldn’t make the Sunday. Meanwhile dunkin is part of the same place. They finally gave him the ice cream in coffee cups (per our suggestion) and it was completely melted there was more hot fudge than ice cream... ice cream soup basically. The guy working there was not able to communicate with my driver it was a terrible experience. I will not order here again.
Just had the worst Sunday’s made in my entire life the people here should not be working at an ice cream place.. very disappointed. Avoid this place.

Joe makes the best Sundaes...very cool guy too. The staff here is great no reason to go to any of the others nearby. This one is definitely newer and cleaner as well
