We order takeout from here often because the food is pretty good but the amount of times we have been inconvenienced with the WRONG order has been outrageous. Today was the last straw and enough is enough. We ask for turkey bacon because we don't eat pork but we get PORK bacon EVERY single time and I have to go back inside to waste another 30 mins of my time to get the order corrected!!! We ask for no potatoes, we get potatoes. We ask for orange juice, but the bag is MISSING the orange juice!!! PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR TAKEOUT ORDERS BECAUSE THEY APPARENTLY HIRE NEW STAFF EVERYDAY SO THEY ARE ALL CLUELESS!!! People have 15-20 mins break from work and you getting the order wrong causes someone to lose over 45 mins of time from their job!! EVERY single time. Tori was the manager's name who did not help one bit but offered a $2 drink for waiting over 45 mins JUST to fix the order. Literally the worst customer service and this is based off of more than 10 different experiences. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION!!!

The food is good, but the service was really bad. We had to wait 20 minutes to get a servers attention before we could put our order. The table that sat next to us waa served before us, even though we were there atleast 10.minute before. Our server(a girl with black hair, a picture can be found in one of the other 1 star review)couldn't be bothered to serve us water or sugar for the coffee, they were just chatting away while we were struggling to get the condiments we need. I really love their food but the service was horrible and we will probably never go back again.

Childrens portions?
Very small portions for the price we paid. I was very disappointed. I expected "Over the top" food here by the reputation this place has, only to find run of the mill fare. I can do way better at home. I can buy a week's worth of ham, eggs, and potatoes for what we paid for breakfast for two people. I know things are expensive, but really! Fifty bucks for ham and eggs! Give me a break They'll never see me again.

Place is usually very good, convenient being I live down the block. Came here today (Sunday) ordered the steak and eggs like usually and I’m not one to complain, send orders back or even say anything but this one I had to go out of my way to write a review. Steak was so chewy this time and eggs were just gross. Like I said usually very good but this time experience at brownstone didn’t leave me the happiest. Can’t say I’ll be back soon.

Same great experience regardless if I'm in Sayville or West Islip.
