This place accepted my order for a delivery. So after waiting for an hour they decide they don't want to deliver it to me. Instead of reaching out right away and saying 4.5 miles is a little too far, they make me wait over an hour and just cancel my order flat without explanation. It's terrible customer service!! Be careful when you order delivery from this place they may not show up with your dinner.

My daughter wanted pepperoni pizza for dinner so I was browsing through the local advertising and noticed a new pizza place had taken over this location. They have a $16 large pie deal on Mondays so I figured we would give them a try. It was a solid Neapolitan pie. Crust wasn't too thick, and the sauce, cheese and pepperoni were all good. Some slices were crispier underneath than others. There are about half a dozen tables inside to enjoy your slices or pasta dishes, and like most pizzerias, pies to go. The cashier was courteous and prompt. They have delivery as well. There isn't a shortage of pizzerias in the area but this place is a good local option and I suggest you give them a try.

Ok have not been here since I thought it changed ownership, my fault I just got a couple slices very good, especially the white it might be one of the best I ever

Quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Had it delivered and it was 35 minutes late. Sauce is so sweet and tastes like jarred sauce. I never leave these reviews but this one I have to. HORRIBLE pizza. Better off at chucky

So happy Cafe Europa went out of business, the manager was cold and verbally abusive to his staff. It’s nice to know he’s no longer there and we can all appreciate a new array of Italian food as well as pizza. Can’t wait to stop

They forgot to deliver my order. I had to call them to remind them to deliver it. The order came 45 minutes late and the delivery guy didn't even say sorry.Apparently I'm not the only one having problems getting a delivery from this place.

It’s really nice to see young people with really friendly attitudes & a great sense of customer service. These are traits that have completely disappeared. I wish you lasting success. Cafe Europa’s pizza was always garbage - ditch their recipes and start fresh.

My last visit was nearly two years ago. The pizza was very good. Luckily, I was in the area to try this place again. I ordered a chicken Thai slice and a chicken parm slice. Both were delicious but I felt the slices were very small for the price. The staff was amazing and very hospitable. I'll definitely return soon.
Horrible service, ordered pizza for delivery. Told one hour...over an hour later a very rude young man called me stating they took my card info down incorrectly. I inquired if the pizza was on the way....when he proceeded to yell at me stating "she should have told you it was going to be over an hour, that they were very busy!" He then asked if I wanted to cancel, not once , but three times. I finally gave him what he apparently wanted, a cancellation. Since there is a pizza place on every corner....that's the last time that will happen. Hello Mulberry Street!!

Some of the best pizza in the area and reasonably priced. Plus they have turtles in time to play for free while you wait. Really like their version of chicken bacon ranch

Pizza is amazing but don’t even try going through slice when ordering. They need to not try and force you to use the app. They closed before my order came. Even spoke to them on the phone because the app wouldn’t let me fix my order, so they clearly had my order. It said out for delivery yet nothing. Had to cook my own dinner at 9:30 after waiting on an order just to find out it was never coming. I can’t fully blame them as it is also slices fault but completely unbelievable.

I love this place I have dined in and had take out for years and it never disappointed. There food has always been always fresh, on point absolutely fulfilling with amazing creativity. Not too mention they treat there customers like family very warm environment. Recently had to move due to my job and my family and i still crave there food. There calzone pizza and muscles garganzola is absolutely amazing.
