By far the cleanest most efficiently staffed and working Dunkin’ on Long Island. The manager and employees are genuinely friendly, the products are fresh. I honestly can’t compliment this store manager enough for what her and the staff does. It’s hard to find a business current day that generates regulars based on customer service and cleanliness the way this Dunkin’ does. I would give 6 star review if I could.

I don’t like to write bad reviews but was a little annoyed about what just happen with my daughter and I after we just bought coffee and donut.
After we saw the employee come out the bathroom we ask if we could have the key for the bathroom, she gave a look to the other co worker said the bathroom was out of order.
Not sure if she was being truthful. But I did suggest that they put a sign that the bathroom if it...

Would really give it 5 stars if anyone cleaned the dining room or the toilets or refilled the toilet paper. Occasionally food quality isn't good but only once in a while. Staff is ok, not engaging at all but not rude, just ok. That's it.
