I ordered snacking bacon and they served it to me burned. then I asked for a frozen coffee decaf and they said they don't make it decaffeinated when I've had it here before. minimal work ethics at this location

Delicious coffee , great staff. Never disappointed. They even have a drive thru but we like going inside. Bright and well lit place. Cakes are beautiful. Place is very clean

This is one of the worst Dunkins I have been to. The morning time is the worst for service. A lot of the times they take one drive thru order at a time. You pull up to the speaker and you don't get your order taken till the only car at the window in front of you gets theirs. The workers either don't show up or are busy talking to each other.

Not only do you have to wait 10 minutes when not a single soul is in the building to order your coffee but this place is gross and the food is gross and the people's working thir attitudes are just as gross. NEVER WILL I SPEND MY MONEY IN THIS STORE AND NEITHER SHOULD

This used to be my favorite Dunkin. Unfortunately, the two lattes I ordered this morning were straight up milk with added caramel. The heavy set woman who works the window in the morning practically threw my drinks at me and isn’t friendly at all, it doesn’t seem like she speaks English very well but atleast have decent customer service. Ever since she started working here it went downhill. If you go other times when she’s not working the drinks are much better (however inconsistent, I get the same drink every time and it always tastes different) and the staff is friendlier at least. This is honestly so disappointing as I would frequent this location 2-3x week for coffee due to convenience. Please talk to this woman or get her out of this location…she doesn’t seem happy to be working there anyways.

The person on the drive thru mic you can barely understand. All the food I hot Was ice cold. When I got To the window she was unfriendly and overal bad experience.
