Amazing food, tastes clean, not saturated with salt, real light and crispy rolls and consistent consistency in flavor, portions and time to complete order. With prices equal to or better than other scrappy local spots! Oh super friendly staff!!! & they were open during a major snow event! Thank you ! Four Seasons has my Five Stars 🤩

My office orders from here often never had a problem until today. I bit down on my dumpling & tooth cracked . Just for a staple to be inside of my food ! I called tried to be nice just ask for a refund & whoever I spoke with started screaming at me saying I’m lying & wrong. My whole office saw my reaction while eating my lunch biting into it.

Love Four Seasons! Ordered Christmas Day, love the steamed dumplings but they were cold, the spare ribs couldn’t eat, to chewy not falling off the bone redid them the next day, I just figured they were pretty busy. Still will order from here!! Christmas dinner just a bit disappointing.

Specified only duck sauce…requested extra duck sauce. Picked up meal receipt shows my request… got home…. Not one single packet of duck sauce. No compensation… will not be going there anymore. I knew the order would get messed up! Bad customer service. Boo boo
