Ordered a chocolate shake. They put it in a defective plastic container that split. As you can imagine, the ice cream went EVERYWHERE. Then they tried to blame the uber driver. Not happy about this, the service, and the way it was handled.

I liked this place but honestly they’re becoming frustratingly unreliable. Twice this month I’ve gone here an hour before they close just to find out they’re not open.
Are the hours online incorrect? And if they’re closing early why not toss a sign in the window? The first time I figured was a fluke so I tried again tonight and same thing so idk it’s just frustrating 🤷♀️

Friendly staff best ice cream on long island. Cute little ice cream parlor. Plenty of choices to eat. Milk shakes frozen yogurt egg creams ice cream soda you name it they got it. To many toppings to name.

Came in to get soft serve with strawberries…. What’s on the spoon is the piece of strawberry I got in the entire thing. A little syrup and that measly piece of strawberry. I didn’t go back to complain because they’re young kids working there. Management/owners need to train their employees better…

I always go here bc I really like the ice cream its the best you can get really. But I constantly get screwed by the same 2 servers. Its $7.50 for the large cup which is fine if they actually filled the cup. Its like the 5th time.

I used a debit cardThe owner is not there during the day when I visit the shop and doesn’t know ow what is going on.Don’t trust this store !!!
