I always go here bc I really like the ice cream its the best you can get really. But I constantly get screwed by the same 2 servers. Its $7.50 for the large cup which is fine if they actually filled the cup. Its like the 5th time.

On first review, the owner replied that I was not charged 2.50 per scoop of no sugar added ice creamThe owner is incorrect I bought 3 scoops on 2 different visits and was charged 2.50 per scoopI have electronic receipts on my phone for these purchases. I used a debit cardThe owner is not there during the day when I visit the shop and doesn’t know ow what is going on.Don’t trust this store !!!

acai bowls are great! however, I’ve tried their bubble tea multiple times and not a fan- too watery. staff is always nice and polite! looking forward to trying other things on the menu.edit: bumped up to 5 stars bc I’ve tried various things here and loved it besides the bubble tea. I’ve been like 7x & each time the staff was really kind & cordial which is rare in a business honestly.

Just had a ice cream cake made for my Dads birthday party. It was a HIT! Everybody was raving about it and kept asking where it came from . I must say myself it was delicious!! It was ready at the time promised and all the staff I encountered were very friendly. Thank you !! Choc chip and chocolate with crunchies and fudge !

I think it is a training issue for the staff, not quality of the product. I was disappointed when the server spilled almost all of my hot fudge out of my hot fudge sunday. I should have asked her to pump some in a separate cup to replace it, as the hot fudge is the point! As she continued to wipe the mess off the outside of the cup, she wrongfully (knowingly?) assured me there was plenty in the cup. There was none...Message: Be brave and speak up when observing issues - to help inexperienced employees and you, the paying customer!
