i found this shop on Instagram (we're foodies). We both love trying different places, but this was on another level. We drove almost 2 hours and it was totally worth it. I had the Mac Attack, which is basically chicken cutlet w/ macaroni and cheese on a hero. I had to bring it home because i couldn't finish it. My husband had their new sandwich (Jay Jay). It was fresh, filling, and delicious. Definitely recommend!!

I phoned in an order for a chicken Caesar wrap. It was lunchtime 12pm when I went to pick it up it was 15 minutes since I ordered.

The girl at the counter asked if I was being helped I said I called in an order gave my phone number. They didn’t have my correct number and had to find my order. She said she found it and it will be a few minutes.

After waiting another 18 minutes I looked at the clock and realized my lunch break was almost over.

I asked if the wrap was ready they said one moment. It was not ready she said it’s going to be a few minutes. I couldn’t wait any longer and nor did they ring me up so I had to leave and return to work

Thank you so much for your horrible service and wasting my lunch break….

I will never return as a customer to your shop

5 star heroes from a 5 star establishment!! They truly are top notch.

My only complaint is that they don't have another location closer to me! That being said, they are WELL worth the drive.

Highly, highly recommended.

Food is not bad. Expensive $20 heroe and that's with taking lettuce and tomatoes off! Way way over priced. Not jersey Mike's. Constantly have to tell them to put the heroe together like a heroe(sideways). Tired of eating it like a hotdog. But food is good I guess. Just not worth 20 or the aggravation of explaining how to put a heroe together. It's like holding a cheeseburger side ways and being stumped on why everything fell on your lap. Just not how you do it.

Best heroes on Long Island

I had an issue with an order I picked up today & Jackie was such a rude & condescending jerk on the phone. I drove 20 minutes to get a hero here because their food is usually spot on & I asked for VERY well done bacon which it wasn’t even close. Also paid $2.50 for extra cheese that was not extra by any means but I was not about to drive back that distance. I was very sweet when asking for a manager, I know it is really the cooks fault, & Jackie barely let me get a word out. I was not looking for money back just simply wanted to inform her about the poor service & she offered it to me but the attitude & speaking over me was appalling. Not professional at all especially for an owner. Maybe just tell your lazy cooks to keep the bacon in for another 2 minutes, instead of making excuses such as “maybe it was busy back there”. I have worked in the food industry long enough to know that is not acceptable. Nor should a manager - let alone an owner - make an excuse for an incorrect order. I was so sweet about it too. Imagine if I wasn't? Clearly this place is going down hill.

Now thats some good eating! Brought my son over today for lunch, he got chicken parm which was the size of a Cadillac, I got chicken salad on a wrap, both very plentyful, tasty and not to pricey either. We will be coming back soon, thanks for a good bellyful!

My husband and I ordered catering for a 70th birthday party that served about 30 people. It was our first time ordering from here, so we didn't know exactly what to expect. We were so happily surprised (as were our guests) to see that the food was fresh, ready on time, and plentiful! Our catering order came with a 3 foot hero, chicken tenders, custom wrap platter, house salad, macaroni salad, and all of the condiments. It was a one stop shop and catered to everyone. Highly recommend for catering.

They’re very generous with the portions and the food quality is great but a big part of a sandwich is the bread. And as someone from Brooklyn I was expecting Italian bread or fresh bread. The bread is very odd, almost subway like and processed and not toasted so soft. It’s definitely not Italian bread… I would go back if but for the bread.

Being a Long islander you would look at a deli with a 4.5 star review and think you’re definitely gonna get a great sandwich but coming here I wasted about $11 of my money. My sandwich had one slice of each meat on it and it was as light as a feather, if you’re looking for a sandwich with barely anything on it you’ll get that here. It’s a shame it seemed to have so much potential to then receive that
