I never write reviews unless something is so extraordinary or awful it needs to be heard. I stopped by for a blt on an egg bagel and got yellow lettuce and the hard center of the tomato. The bacon was cooked but fresh out of the refrigerator. Why are they serving this? This was entirely unedible.

$2.00 charge for extra cream cheese today. Last time for me. Last year ordered a ham and cheese on a bagel and the ham was not only bad, it was actually grey! Smelled horrific and they actually served grey rancid meat. It's a shame bc I work close and it would be convenient, but I will NEVER return to this dump. I miss the old owners!!

The owner would not let my 4 year old use the bathroom. So we peed in his flowers and building. Scerw this this place. Plenty of options around town.

this place used to rock now it does not. Changed ownership a while ago. Now the bagels are horrible, they keep the bacon cold on the side and it’s actually so gross. Sad :(

Old rundown place, not friendly and food tastes like the place looked.. I got a ham sandwich on a bagel . Ham was soooo salty had to throw it out.. bagel was old and hard.. I have given this place a few tries.. that was the last one...run

I've been here numerous times and some of the girls that work there. Just don't know how to make a sandwich or a bagel. I've never seen a bagel with so little cream cheese that I'm actually complaining about it. Usually, you complain there's too much cream cheese. I don't wanna pay ten dollars for a bagel with no cream cheese. Let's get it together n serve what we pay for. From one repeat customer who won't be coming back. Its just been happening too much I only give so many chances.

This bagel shop is a staple of the neighborhood. When I go to Good Sam hospital, I have to stop in for a bag of bagels. They're big and delicious. The staff is also very nice and courteous.
My doctor is down the street from this place, I love 1 hour away, anyway I stopped in,ordered my food,and didn't eat it until I was on the southern state parkway miles away. The food was so good I almost turned around to go for seconds ?, ? great

The bagels are ok , not the best spot in town , some shady characters have worked here , one younger man attempted to trick me on my change charging me over 20$ for 2 bagels with cream cheese , then when i called him out on it he goes " oh yeah i knew i made a mistake " , but he had no problem letting me leave ?

Worst bagel store Originally ordered a toasted onion bagel with olive cream cheese Half of the bagel didn't have the cream cheese on it when I called them and told them that they gave me the wrong cream cheese. His answer was well I didn't charge you for Olive cream cheese and I said I didn't want reg cream cheese and I ask for credit for next time and he told me he couldn't give me credit. Oh not to mention they didnt toasted the bagel as well smh stay away from this store horrible customer service ..
