I been coming here for a number of years. Service people always good and pleasant. HOWEVER the food quality going DOWN and building inside out is dirty and deteriorating.CHRISTMAS day get 13 bagels, cream cheese, coffee and thirty three dollars later rewarded with family pulling bagel out with hair BAKED IN. A hair that was baked in and hanging out. Terrible. Tried not to judge the book by its outside cover dirty, weeds etc but now it hit the food.

What happened to the garlic butter ham & cheese? 😃
I never write reviews unless something is so extraordinary or awful it needs to be heard. I stopped by for a blt on an egg bagel and got yellow lettuce and the hard center of the tomato. The bacon was cooked but fresh out of the refrigerator. Why are they serving this? This was entirely unedible.

$2.00 charge for extra cream cheese today. Last time for me. Last year ordered a ham and cheese on a bagel and the ham was not only bad, it was actually grey! Smelled horrific and they actually served grey rancid meat. It's a shame bc I work close and it would be convenient, but I will NEVER return to this dump. I miss the old owners!!

The owner would not let my 4 year old use the bathroom. So we peed in his flowers and building. Scerw this this place. Plenty of options around town.

this place used to rock now it does not. Changed ownership a while ago. Now the bagels are horrible, they keep the bacon cold on the side and it’s actually so gross. Sad :(
