I love this place. I’m addicted to their smoothies, especially the Bahama Mama. I’ve also ordered their quesadillas and a sandwich and they’re yummy! Everyone has always been so nice and my order has been made immediately.

After being teased by their TV ad for the 'new' Mango Bacon Brie Flatbread, I went ahead and placed a pre-order for yesterday AM. I had a schedule change, and thought I had clicked in all the right places on the website to cancel the order. But apparently I missed a step because the order showed anyway right on time. NBD The Mocha Madness Smoothie was pretty good, and the American Breakfast Wrap was okay. The Flatbread probably would have been better if I had re- heated it. The BIG reason for only 1 star is that THE BACON ON THE WRAP AND THE FLATBREAD RAW!!! I might try another location sometime in the future - but this location NEVER AGAIN!!

Been here five times in the past three months. Last this past Saturday around 11:30. Good service and smoothies each and every time. Suggestion I do have is may be better to have another team member or two present in case a few more people come in. I know I am not the only one that looks in window to see if there are more than two people waiting. Otherwise appears clean and good.. God Bless
I keep trying this location hoping it will get better, but somehow it gets worse. TSC as a company is good but this location needs a reboot as almost every aspect is wanting.

As a company tropical Smoothie Cafe is solid. This location is a scar. Not sure if it's the leadership or the staff but orders are constantly wrong, food is cold, and smoothies watery and flavorless. Do yourself a favor and goto another location.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE WERE DOUBLE CHARGED OVER A MONTH AGO AND. NO ONE. NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A REFUND. WHO RUNS YOUR BAYSHORE STORE. THEY HANG UP ON CUSTOMER AND REFUSE TO GIVE BACK THE MONIES THEY DOUBLE CHARGE FOR. AND NO ONE CALLS BACK AFTER A MONTH.
