We had an incredibly disappointing experience at Tug Hill Hideaway tonight. My family and I arrived at 6:30 p.m., and our drink order wasn’t taken until 6:45 p.m. We didn’t get our food order taken until 7:00 p.m., even though we were ready to order much earlier. Our waitress later told us that 15 take-out orders had been prioritized ahead of us, even though we were seated in the dining room. Just want to thank the gentleman who recommended I go to Barrows to get my snowmobile fixed, they fixed me right up. Also love the food and service we get at The Hideaway and we will definitely be eating there more often. Thank you
