Horrible customer service. Don't know if the lady dont speak english but during one of the promo she shooed everyone with her hands when we kept asking why and wouldn't speak. Rude af.
Had plenty of pretzels left and stood on line BEFORE the event closed.
Service was great! Mini hot dogs was 10/10
So juicy and buttery
It's just a small stand but it never fails me to enjoy my pretzels. It's a good group snack if you're trying to delay hunger or enjoying something competitive. This is my go to snack section.
Very cold . Manager is very rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t want to listen what customer says. I am very angry and upset. Never come back

pretzel dogs burnt got 4 out of 2 cups burnt or hard as a rock.
Employee was obnoxious and rude. Refused to accept any coupons and/or discounts that are available per the corporate website. Seemed angry for asking.
The cinnamon nuggets always taste like salt
The workers are there working. But they don’t answer the phone
they took forever getting my friends and I’s orders out and people who ordered after us got theirs before my friends and I. Worker was also very rude.
They always make them fresh and they'll make whatever you want on the spot if you ask ?
