So I was at BJ’s in West Nyack looking for diapers for my son they did not have the brand that I wanted on the floor. I asked a gentleman in the stockroom if he could please get them for me he said he would check. The man came back and said I’m sorry I don’t see an operator around. I proceeded to customer service and spoke with a female manager and asked if she could get a forklift to get me the diapers I needed. She came to the isle with me and said I’m sorry I can’t get tho

Bjs as a whole is a great store great prices and nice people. But the deli department lacks horrible. Almost always one person working. Currently have been standing online for deli meat and two people in front of me and so far standing for a half hour. This happens every time .. one lady in front of me ordered three things and it has taken 20 minutes just for her.. if I was you I would avoid the deli department. As for bjs I would hire more people in that department.
